Top-rated bathroom renovation companies near Sandy Springs, GA
Sandy Springs doesn't have the license file our tenure groups come from, so these 10 companies are ranked by Google rating instead. That swaps one sourceable fact, how long a company has held its license, for another, a Google rating that leans on how many reviews back it up. Neither one tells you who does better work; both are a starting point for a conversation, not a verdict.

Questions before you pick a company
- Do you design this in-house, or do I need a separate designer before you can bid it?
- Which parts of this job do you do with your own crew, and which get subcontracted out?
- Can I see three bids from different companies built off the exact same plan?
- What does your written workmanship warranty cover, separate from anything the fixture manufacturers offer?
- How long have you held your current license, and does that match what the state's record shows?
- Who handles the permit, and is that cost already in this bid?
