Columbus's home values
23,348 people call Columbus home, inside a housing market with a $125,700 median value.
A market that size in Columbus supports companies across all three of our tenure groups, not just the newest or the longest-standing.
Comparing across groups, not just within one, is worth doing for Columbus.

The order here comes from a weighted star score, not from tenure grouping; none of that is a license or registration check, so ask a company about both directly.

Questions before you pick a company
- Do you design this in-house, or do I need a separate designer before you can bid it?
- Which parts of this job do you do with your own crew, and which get subcontracted out?
- Can I see three bids from different companies built off the exact same plan?
- What does your written workmanship warranty cover, separate from anything the fixture manufacturers offer?
- How long have you held your current license, and does that match what the state's record shows?
- Who handles the permit, and is that cost already in this bid?
